When will I be charged for my booking?

The timing of the charge depends on the rate type:

• Pay Now: Your card is charged immediately upon booking
• Pay at Hotel: You pay directly at the hotel during check-in or check-out
• Non-refundable rates: Charged immediately and cannot be refunded
