How do I book a hotel?
Enter your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests. Select a hotel from the search results and follow the booking instructions.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, most bookings can be cancelled free of charge. Please check the cancellation policy when making your booking.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?
After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also view your bookings under 'My Bookings'.

How do I create an account?
Click 'Register' and enter your email address and a secure password.

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow the instructions.
How do I change my account details?
Log in and go to 'Profile' to update your personal information.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and other local payment methods.
When will my card be charged?
Depending on the hotel, you will be charged either at booking or at check-in. You can find the exact information in the booking details.
How do I get an invoice?
After completing your booking, you will automatically receive an invoice by email. You can also download it from your account.
